Manhattan Fretwork Bedroom

Our challenge for this smaller room was to optimise storage space while offering a distinctive and unique modern design. We used full-height doors with a personalised fretwork panel design for the mirrored doors. The wardrobes and cupboards flowed around the door to the en-suite bathroom. Not only do the fretwork doors add a unique, customised design element, but the use of mirrors also dramatically enhances the feeling of space and airiness in the room. The alpine white hand-painted doors offer a strong and pleasing contrast to the darker walls, and the choice of a light colour and the mirrored doors again increase the sense of space in this small room.
